We're pretty flexible around here and we've tried to give you the most flexible options to make payments, which is why we've chosen PayPal as our major portal. We don't have a merchant bank account ourselves and couldn't provide credit card facilities without one, however PayPal accepts all major credit cards which solves that problem on the internet.
For our 'bricks and mortar shop' we've introduced PayPal Here which allows us to accept credit cards without needing a merchant bank number again [YAY!]. We've even got their funky little card reader so we can do the 'Tap to Pay' thing . . . how technologically marvelous! And the best bit for you is that PayPal Here doesn't cost you anything - no fees at all to the customer.
We offer a direct bank deposit option. Please make sure that you use your name as the reference for the payment so we can match it all up in the system. All the details you need to use the direct bank deposit option are shown on the checkout page [BSB, account number, account name, bank branch]
And we've always offered a 'Pay When You Pick Up' service which hasn't changed., although the addition of PayPal Here allows us to offer processing of credit cards. Receipts are sent via email or SMS, or you can opt for no receipt at all . . . it's entirely up to you.
